Sunset Yoga
Join us at 7PM on Wednesdays through the end of Fall of 2025 for Sunset Yoga in the grazing field; led by our dear friend, Matt Dooley from Studio One Yoga.Meet us at the Sanctuary for your self-care, supported fully by our lovable and huggable sheep and goat friends.Leave Renewed and Reset for the week ahead and notice your head a little clearer, your heart a little happier, and your cup a little fuller.Â
Mats are provided, as well as water for refills. A $10 suggested donation is appreciated, but not required.

Hi. Do I need to sign up for me and a 6 year old? Or just show up? My child has a good attention span typically.
Hi there! Apologies for the late reply; just show up, when you feel like joining! Kids are also welcome. It’s not a super long or extensive session generally speaking so it works great for children in that sense. Plus they love seeing all the furry, feathered friends of course!
