About SoulSpace Farm Sanctuary

SoulSpace Farm Sanctuary is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt nonprofit organization (EIN: 47-4877381) based in Wisconsin. Our mission is to rescue, rehabilitate, and provide lifelong care for farm animals while educating our community about animal welfare.

These Terms of Service govern your use of our website, your participation in tours and events, your donations, and any purchases made through our online shop.

Use of Our Website

You may use this website for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the website in any way that violates applicable local, state, or federal law
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website or its systems
• Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material
• Scrape, copy, or reproduce website content without our written permission
• Impersonate SoulSpace Farm Sanctuary or any of its staff or volunteers
• Post or transmit harmful, offensive, or misleading content through any forms on the site

We reserve the right to suspend or block access to anyone who violates these terms.

Tours & Sanctuary Visits

Booking & Reservations

Public tours are held every Sunday from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM by appointment only. By submitting a tour booking, you are requesting a reservation and agree to the following conditions.

Conduct on the Property

The safety of our animals and visitors is our top priority. All visitors agree to:

• Follow all instructions given by SoulSpace Farm Sanctuary staff and volunteers at all times
• Treat all animals gently and respectfully — no chasing, startling, or rough handling
• Stay within designated visitor areas unless accompanied by a staff member
• Keep children under adult supervision at all times
• Not bring outside food or treats for the animals unless explicitly approved
• Not bring your own pets onto the sanctuary property
• Leave the property in the condition you found it

Cancellations & No-Shows

If you need to cancel or reschedule your tour, please notify us as soon as possible. We understand that things come up — just reach out and we'll do our best to accommodate you. Repeated no-shows without notice may result in future booking restrictions.

Health & Safety

Visiting a working farm involves inherent risks including uneven terrain, exposure to animals, and outdoor weather conditions. By visiting, you acknowledge and accept these risks. Visitors are encouraged to wear closed-toe shoes and weather-appropriate clothing.

Photography & Media

Personal photography and video for non-commercial use is welcome! We love when visitors share their experiences. Commercial photography, filming, or media production requires advance written approval from SoulSpace Farm Sanctuary.

Donations

SoulSpace Farm Sanctuary is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Donations may be tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. We recommend consulting a tax advisor regarding the deductibility of your contribution.

• All donations are final. Donations are non-refundable except in cases of unauthorized or fraudulent transactions. If you believe a donation was made in error, please contact us promptly.
• Use of funds: All donations are used to support the care, feeding, veterinary treatment, and enrichment of our rescued animals, as well as the operational needs of the sanctuary.
• Acknowledgment: We will send a donation acknowledgment to the email address you provide for donations of any amount. For tax purposes, no goods or services are provided in exchange for donations unless explicitly stated.
• Amazon Wishlist: Items purchased through our Amazon Wishlist are gifted directly to the sanctuary. These are not considered monetary donations and are not tax-deductible.

Shop & Purchases

Proceeds from our online shop support the animals and operations of SoulSpace Farm Sanctuary. By making a purchase, you agree to the following:

• Pricing: All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Applicable sales tax will be applied at checkout where required.
• Payment: We accept payment via the methods displayed at checkout. Payment is processed securely through third-party processors. We do not store your payment card information.
• Shipping: Estimated shipping times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances outside our control.
• Returns & Exchanges: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt and we will make it right. Due to our small nonprofit operations, we are unable to accept returns on items that are not damaged or incorrect.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, photographs, videos, graphics, logos, and the SoulSpace Farm Sanctuary name and brand — is owned by or licensed to SoulSpace Farm Sanctuary and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission. Sharing our social media posts or linking to our website is always welcome.

If you submit photos, videos, or other content to us (for example, photos from your visit), you grant SoulSpace Farm Sanctuary a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that content for our nonprofit communications, social media, and website, with credit given when possible.
